SHIPPING & PAYMENT

COVID19 SHIPPING INFO

All orders are still sent within our usual timeframe of 1-2 business days, with exception for launch days/sale periods where we will require additional time to dispatch your orders.

Currently, both domestic and international orders may be experiencing significant delays. Please understand this is beyond our control. 

All orders will be provided with tracking details. We are unable to offer any refunds unless your order is deemed to be missing by our couriers or if it gets returned to us. 

We truly value your support in supporting small business in this difficult time. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use both Sendle and Australia Post.
Standard Shipping (Sendle 6-9 business days approximately)
Express Shipping (AusPost 2-3 business days approximately)

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $120 excluding bulky orders. 
  • Flat rate shipping of $10 for all deliveries within Australia, excluding bulky orders. 
  • Flat rate express shipping of $15 for all deliveries within Australia, excluding bulky orders.
  • Standard Shipping via Sendle has the authority to leave.
  • Please note any courier delays are out of our control, we seek your understanding and patience.
  • Orders being sent to remote and regional areas may incur additional charges or may not be able to be delivered if appropriate shipping carriers are not available. We will contact you prior to dispatching your order if additional charges are involved or if there is an issue with delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International shipping is not available at this time

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Please note that once parcels leave us, we are not held responsible for any missing parcels as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that your shipping details are correct and that the right shipping option is selected to prevent any issues. Please feel free to email us if you have any issues and we are happy to check with the courier to provide assistance wherever possible.

If you experience a lost or damaged order please contact the shop within 7 days so we can best accommodate.

Please refer to care instructions. We are not responsible for items that become damaged in buyers care. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 – 2 working days for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct. 

During sales period, please allow for an additional 2 working days for your order to be dispatched.

PAYMENT

Please note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar Currency.
